Why Eventhea exists
The tool, not the middleman
Event organisers work with disconnected pieces: a form for sign-ups, a spreadsheet to know who is coming, WhatsApp to tell everyone, and a ticketing platform that keeps a commission and, along with it, the contacts of the people who showed up. Next time you start over, and the audience you built has stayed with someone else.
Eventhea puts event creation, registrations, access control and messaging in one place — and leaves the organiser what is theirs: the attendees, the contacts, the public page with their own brand. We do not collect ticket money and we do not sell visibility on your behalf: we build the tool and hand you the keys.
The contacts are yours
People who sign up for your events end up in your CRM, not in a catalogue of ours. You can export them, reach them again and take them with you whenever you like.
Documents stay where you read them
Terms and privacy notices are public and versioned: every version stays online at its own address, so you can always re-read the one you accepted.
